On July 26, 2022,Mr. Qian Zhimin, Chairman and Party Secretary of State Power Investment Corporation, and Mr. Le Wei, Chairman and CEO of EDF Group, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement between the two parties through video. According to the agreement, SPIC and EDF will carry out extensive and in-depth cooperation in clean energy projects, comprehensive smart energy and low-carbon energy services, hydrogen energy, technology joint innovation, carbon asset management, personnel exchanges and training.
