On August 10, the core module of the Linglong-1 reactor of CNNC’s Hainan multi-purpose SMR technology demonstration project was successfully hoisted. Key equipment such as pressure vessel and steam generators are in place in one step. The installation work of the world's first Linglong-1 reactor has entered its peak period. This is the first milestone node on the critical path for the installation of Linglong-1 nuclear island equipment, and is the "debut" of modular manufacturing and installation of the nuclear reactor.
