On 26 November, during the IAEA Ministerial Conference on Nuclear Science, Technology and Applications and the Technical Cooperation Programme in Vienna, the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) hosted a side event entitled “Atoms for a Better Home”. At this event, CNNC presented the China’s Approach to nuclear applications, emphasizing integrated solutions for nuclear medicine and radiation applications.

This approach highlights China’s experience and achievements in nuclear medicine, radiation applications, medical isotopes and radiopharmaceutical production. CNNC’s long engagement in the nuclear medicine and radiation applications industries has led to the development of an integrated service solution. This includes isotope research and development, production and sales, pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales, nuclear medicine therapy, and equipment manufacturing and sales. CNNC is able to provide a full range of services from project design and construction to equipment installation to meet the diverse needs of different countries.
