From 15 to 17 October, the China Nuclear Energy Association (CNEA) organized a delegation to participate in the 11th East-Asian Nuclear Forum in South Korea. The forum, which was hosted by the Korea Atomic Industrial Forum (KAIF) and co-organized by the CNEA, the Japan Atomic Industrial Forum (JAIF) and the Taiwan Nuclear Grade Industry Association (TNA), was held under the theme “Development Direction of Nuclear Engery in East Asia under Global Trends”.

The event attracted over 40 representatives from the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, South Korea and Japan. The opening remarks were delivered by CNEA Secretary-General Guo Limin, KAIF Executive Vice Chairman Baek-sik Noh, JAIF President MASUI Hideki and TNA Chairman Xu Zhengxiang.
